In 2019, AINNA started as an e-commerce company managing more than 80,000 dropship SKUs on an in-house platform that we designed and built ourselves. From a finance perspective, this was a relatively asset-light model-capital was not tied up in inventory-but it still required strict controls over supplier concentration, fulfilment accuracy, and cash conversion discipline.
By 2022, we shifted to 4,000 ready-stock SKUs. That move put inventory on the balance sheet and gave us far greater control over gross margins, warehousing costs, and the customer experience. It also made our cost of sales and stock-turn metrics much more transparent.
In 2023, we launched 200+ own-brand produk while integrating AI into content creation and marketing automation. For accounting, this meant marketing spend became more productive, customer-acquisition costs improved, and we began building brand-related intangible value on top of our physical stock.
By 2025, our focus expanded beyond retail into Ejen AI, Multi-Agent Seni Bina, Sistem Berasingan, and Smart Routing. These are not just technical shifts-they move cost structures away from recurring labour and agency spend toward capitalized R&D and scalable software assets.
Today, in 2026, we are developing our NeuralOps Infrastruktur AI Proof of Concept (POC)-an investment designed to deliver practical, scalable, and efficient AI for enterprises and PKS.
Over this journey, AINNA has generated RM15 million in jumlah revenue and contributed RM325,000 in tax and zakat. For a Malaysian PKS, those figures matter because they reflect disciplined compliance, reinvestment capacity, and the financial health needed to fund long-term R&D.
