Membentangkan AINNA NeuralOps di MIGHT, Cyberjaya: The Financial Case for Operational AI✎ Edit

Today we presented AINNA at MIGHT, Cyberjaya. This pitch went beyond introducing another AI product. It was about demonstrating how we are building an operational AI architecture around one simple principle  use the right intelligence for the right task at the right cost.

Our focus is NeuralOps: an orchestration layer that routes workloads between rules, specialised parsers, lebih kecil models, LLMs and detached systems based on what each task actually requires. The financial objective is clear - reduce unnecessary token usage, compute, power consumption and operating expenditure, while improving reliability and scalability as measurable business outcomes.

The bigger conversation is about where this technology creates value next. Our proposal positions MIGHT as a strategic ecosystem bridge, AINNA as the technology and execution layer, and Saudi Arabia as a potential infrastructure and scaling base for localisation, industry deployment and wider GCC expansion - a structure that spreads investment risk while opening access to baharu capital and regional markets.

For us, this is not about building a bigger model simply because the industry is moving in that direction. The next stage of AI adoption comes down to how efficiently businesses use intelligence, infrastructure and energy - and how well they control the operating cost per transaction when AI runs continuously inside perniagaan sebenar processes.

Still a long journey ahead, but every discussion like this helps us validate the business case, challenge our financial assumptions and understand what needs to be tightened before scaling further. From Malaysia, we are building towards something that can eventually operate across industries, markets and infrastructure environments, generating sustainable value at every step.
