Manage the complexity of hybrid infrastructure with a single service catalogue. The actual available checks depend on the selected connector and onboarding scope.
Ubuntu, Debian, Apache, Nginx, PHP-FPM, web workloads.
Windows services, IIS, host performance and defined roles.
Docker Engine, Compose, Portainer and scoped workloads.
Cluster health, namespaces, nodes and workload observability.
Firewall appliance, VPN, gateways and defined network checks.
Hypervisor nodes, host resources and cluster status.
Database availability, resource pressure and defined job checks.
Proxmox Backup, Veeam, Restic, Borg and monitored jobs.
TrueNAS, Synology, ZFS and storage appliance checks.
Cloud VM telemetry, infrastructure events and billing signals.
Remote-site links, DNS, gateway and device availability.
Application stack observability and optional deployment workflows.
Important billing rule. One Proxmox host does not include every guest VM. A monitored backup server does not include all backup jobs or guaranteed recovery. Each asset, job and service is scoped during assessment.
NeuralOps brings infrastructure signals into an actionable workflow. AI suggests; approved humans decide what can change.
Aggregate defined health checks, identify related alerts and generate AI-assisted diagnostic recommendations for review.
Advisory-first by designMonitor specified job statuses. Restore tests and recovery guarantees require separate agreed scope.
Permissions, human approval, audit evidence and rollback checks govern sensitive operations.
A proposed customer workspace for asset status, notifications, incident history, service tickets and renewal information. Everything visible; privileged actions still require authorization.
Secure onboarding starts read-only, then advances only when the technical and approval gates are met.
Identify hosts, workloads, ownership, criticality and baseline risks.
Deploy least-privilege, scoped telemetry access and verify checks.
Collect health signals, surface alerts and AI-assisted suggestions.
Execute contracted changes only after human and policy authorization.
One eligible monitored asset, one scoped service order. Compare annual plans without confusing automated monitoring with hands-on engineering.

For software houses, MSPs and system integrators. Offer branded monitoring, keep your client relationships, and escalate defined work to NeuralOps under a clear L1/L2/L3 agreement.
Privileged infrastructure work is sensitive. Our design requires explicit ownership, least privilege and change accountability before execution.
Observation before intervention. No blanket default permission to modify production.
Change requests require identified approvers, risk review and permitted actions.
Isolated customer assets, access controls, scoped credentials and audit evidence.
Changes that fail safety checks stop. Restore and rollback need tested procedures.
Everything necessary to distinguish automatic monitoring from fully managed services.
No. RM499 is the proposed annual Monitor entry price for one eligible Linux asset. It includes scoped automated monitoring and advisory features once validated. Human troubleshooting, patch deployment, migrations and incident repair are separate.
They are supported in the proposed service catalogue, subject to per-platform adapter validation, access rights, scoped checks and an agreed service order. Monitoring capability is distinct from change execution.
No. A hypervisor host is one asset. Each guest VM, database and application workload may require its own monitored asset or add-on.
No. Monitoring can run continuously when the connector is healthy. Human support hours, first response targets and engineering entitlements depend on the purchased plan and contract.
No. Backup job monitoring does not prove a restore is successful. Restore drills, backup design, retention and contractual RTO/RPO are separately scoped.
