Back then, when I was in IT Department and Sosial Media, request like this was not “one quick task”. Laman Web audit, revamp design, refactor code, connect company data, build dashboard, test, deploy, all this could easily makan months, even with almost 30 years working experience.
But now, the permainan really changed. With AI agents, sub-agents, local alatan and detached systems, the same kind of work can move crazy fast. In around 10 minutes, we can already get audit findings, dashboard plan, UI direction, and even first implementation files. Revamp and refactor website now feels like changing outfit , but still, the outfit must fit the business properly.
This is the big point for small PKS: today, you don’t really need to hire someone like me full-time just to have a modern website with animated dashboard connected to your company data. Kewangan view, sales analytics, manufacturing metrics, e-commerce performance, all this is no longer only for big companies with big IT budget.
What PKS really need now is not just “a website”. They need clear data, proper process, and the courage to use AI as digital manpower. AI is not just a chatbot anymore. Siap right, it becomes your junior developer, analyst, auditor, content assistant, and system helper, all working quietly behind the scene.
For me, this is the real opportunity for Malaysian PKS. Small business can now look sharp, move fast, and make decisions based on real data. Teknologi is no longer the slow part. The slow part is usually mindset. Those who start now will move like Formula 1. Those who wait too long might still be warming up the kapcai.
