When using AI agents like OpenClaw / OpenCode to build detached systems and PHP microservices, I believe they should be treated as builders first, not autonomous agents too early.
Without proper segmentation, 24/7 automation can quickly become expensive chaos.
For better understanding, imagine building a website without clearly separated sections such as hero, menu, content, footer, dashboard, orders, and courier modules. Every small change forces the AI to read the whole page again.
With segmentation, the agen only needs to read the section map or “dictionary” to know exactly where the edit should happen.
This is how token usage can drop by up to 95%.
Lebih Pantas execution. Lower cost. Easier debugging. Less hallucination. Less unnecessary risk.
Before chasing fully autonomous AI agents, PKS should focus on the foundation first:
Detached system.
Segmentation.
Guardrails.
Smart routing.
Not everything needs an agen.
Some things just need better architecture.
