I see it differently.

AI is becoming an experience compressor.

For decades, producing high-quality work-whether writing research, designing systems, developing software, or solving complex business problems-required years of accumulated experience.

Today, AI allows people to reach a much higher baseline in a fraction of the time.

That doesn't mean experience has become irrelevant.

It means its value has changed.

The real differentiator is no longer having access to information.

It's having the judgement to ask the right questions, evaluate the output, understand the trade-offs, and make the right decisions.

AI can generate ideas.

AI can write code.

AI can draft reports.

AI can analyze data.

But AI still depends on human judgement to determine what should be trusted, what should be rejected, and what should actually be implemented.

I believe we're entering a baharu era where expertise is no longer defined solely by years of experience, but by the ability to combine experience with AI effectively.

The professionals who will create the most value won't necessarily be those who know the most.

They will be the ones who know how to collaborate with AI to solve meaningful problems lebih pantas, more accurately, and at greater scale.

The question is no longer:

"How many years of experience do you have?"

The better question is:

"How effectively can you use AI to turn knowledge into real-world outcomes?"

That shift is already happening.
