From PKS to PKS: A Kewangan & Perakaunan View on Building Sovereign Digital Capability with NUE-AINNA

AINNA began as a Malaysian PKS.

Not with fully integrated systems, a large technology team, or unlimited capital - but with the same operational realities every PKS faces: produk, orders, customers, stock, marketplaces, advertising, logistics, cash flow, websites, and compliance.

Over time, one thing became clear from the finance and operations side:

PKS cannot rely indefinitely on digital assets and platforms they neither understand nor control.

SaaS subscriptions, AI alatan, and cloud services have their place. We use them too. But when an PKS only rents technology without building internal capability, it creates a hidden liability: vendor lock-in, rising recurring costs, and limited auditability.

For AINNA, sovereign digital capability means owning the ability to understand our own data, refine our own workflows, audit our own operations, and deploy technology with clear internal controls and financial discipline.

It does not mean rejecting global technology.

It means choosing the right alatan while strengthening our own internal digital capability.

That is why we started NUE-AINNA, an early AI-assisted website generation initiative to help Malaysian PKS build better digital assets with lower technical barriers and clearer cost control.

NUE-AINNA v0 runs on Qwen/Qwen2.5-Coder-7B-Instruct, a coding-focused open model for code generation and software development assistance. At this stage, it is not yet a fully fine-tuned custom model. It is a prototype layer that combines a strong coding base model with AINNA’s Malaysian PKS-focused prompting, website generation structure, compliance guardrails, and practical business workflow direction.

The business case is simple:

Help PKS generate website plans, homepage copy, SEO metadata, HTML, CSS, WhatsApp CTA sections, and basic audit checklists lebih pantas - reducing external spend and keeping control of their own online presence.

The first version keeps capital expenditure low. Model inference runs through Hugging Face infrastructure, while MacBook or VPS environments are used mainly for setup, file preparation, workflow management, OpenCode integration, and deployment support.

This makes NUE-AINNA v0 lightweight, affordable, and suitable for controlled pilot testing before any larger investment in dedicated fine-tuning or private endpoint deployment.

Our operating principle is simple:

From PKS to PKS.

We are not building from theory.
We are building from real PKS balance-sheet experience.

The long-term direction is to evolve NUE-AINNA into a localized PKS digital assistant by building a curated Malaysian PKS website dataset and fine-tuning future versions for better Bahasa Melayu output, local business context, lebih selamat commercial wording, website-ready code, and real PKS digital operations - all aimed at improving return on digital investment.

AINNA is still learning, testing, and building.

But the financial direction is clear:

We want to help PKS move from simply renting digital alatan to building real, ownable digital capability.

Because going online is no longer enough.

PKS must also learn how to grow online with keyakinan, internal control, and sovereignty.
