Terma Perkhidmatan

1. Acceptance of Terma

By accessing or using AINNA ("the Perkhidmatan"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terma Perkhidmatan ("Terma"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Perkhidmatan.

2. Huraian of Perkhidmatan

AINNA provides AI-powered e-commerce and fintech solutions, including but not limited to:

• AI Ejenik automation for business processes
• Payment gateway integration services
• Cross-border trade solutions (MY↔ID)
• AI agen development and deployment
• Perniagaan analytics and insights
• Integration with third-party platforms

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Perkhidmatan, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Akaun Keselamatan

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys that you use to access the Perkhidmatan. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. You are solely responsible for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Perkhidmatan for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terma. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the Perkhidmatan for illegal financial transactions
• Harvesting data or scraping content without authorization

5. Perkhidmatan AI and Limitations

5.1 AI Hasil

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs should be reviewed and verified by qualified humans
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• You bear full responsibility for decisions made based on AI outputs
• AI systems may reflect biases present in training data

5.2 Training Data

By using our AI services, you grant us the right to use your anonymized interaction data to improve our AI models. Personal identifiable information will not be used for training without explicit consent.

6. Payment and Fees

6.1 Fees

Certain features of the Perkhidmatan may require payment. Fees will be clearly communicated before any charges are incurred. Semua fees are quoted in the applicable currency and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Payment Memproses

We utilize third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of our payment processors. We are not responsible for errors or issues arising from payment processing.

6.3 Refunds

Refund policies will be specified at the time of purchase. Generally, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated in specific service agreements.

7. Intellectual Hartanah

7.1 Our Rights

The Perkhidmatan and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AINNA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Perkhidmatan. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Perkhidmatan.

8. Data Perlindungan and Privasi

Your use of the Perkhidmatan is also governed by our Dasar Privasi. By using the Perkhidmatan, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Dasar Privasi.

We comply with the Personal Data Perlindungan Act 2010 (Malaysia) (Act 709). Where you provide personal data to us, you consent to its processing for the purposes described in our Dasar Privasi. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Perlindungan Officer at privacy@ainna.bond.

9. Third-Party Perkhidmatan

The Perkhidmatan may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Perkhidmatan or contacting us.

10.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Perkhidmatan immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terma.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Perkhidmatan will immediately cease. Semua provisions of these Terma which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AINNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Perkhidmatan
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Perkhidmatan
• Any content obtained from the Perkhidmatan
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

12. Penafian of Warranties

The Perkhidmatan is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AINNA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Perkhidmatan.

14. Governing Law

These Terma shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Melaka, Malaysia.

15. Changes to Terma

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terma at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the baharu Terma on this page with an updated date.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terma is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
