We have just shipped a baharu iteration of the Ejen AI AINNA NeuralOps. The architecture is now a lot less prototype and a lot more field-hardened: real traffic, model experiments across billions of tokens, and continuous optimisation have shaped the current design.
This is not a chatbot with an LLM bolted on the front.
The system is built around Smart Routing, specialised processing, detached subsystems, validation layers, and gated LLM calls so AI inference is invoked only when the task genuinely needs it.
The engineering rule we follow is straightforward:
Know when to think, when to execute, and when to skip the model entirely.
