SKU performance, cart conversion rate, stock aging, sales velocity, return rate, channel profit margin, all this is no longer only for big brands with big IT budget.
What PKS really need now is not just “a storefront”. They need clear SKU data, proper order and fulfillment process, and the courage to use AI as digital manpower. AI is not just a chatbot for customer service anymore. Siap right, it becomes your junior e-commerce assistant, inventory analyst, listing auditor, content helper, and system operator, all working quietly behind the scene.
For me, this is the real opportunity for Malaysian PKS. Small business can now run sharp online stores, move fast on marketplaces, and make decisions based on real sales data. Teknologi is no longer the slow part. The slow part is usually mindset. Those who start now will move like a hot SKU during flash sale. Those who wait too long might still be stuck counting stock manually.
