If you already own a GPU box—which a lot of gamers do—the numbers get even better.
Run vLLM with a capable lower-end local LLM, tunnel your VPS nodes to it securely, and your marginal inference cost becomes electricity plus hardware depreciation.

Hundreds of detached systems.
Continuous operation.
This is no longer just a chatbot exercise.
It is a distributed, autonomous digital workforce built on commodity infrastructure at very low cost.
And it is only a matter of time before governments, corporations, criminal networks, and militaries start weaponizing this architecture.
The stack keeps getting lebih murah.
The engineering question is no longer whether it can be built.
The question is who deploys it first, and to what end.
