AINNA Agent AI - Fasa 2: A Kewangan and Perakaunan View
From my seat in Kewangan and Perakaunan, the second phase is where technical capability starts becoming an operating asset: a web-based CLI experience, powered by AINNA NeuralOps, designed to make AI development more accessible, practical, and deeply integrated into perniagaan sebenar workflows.
There is still a lot to refine—workflow, interface, system stability, AI orchestration, routing, automation, and overall user experience. For Malaysian PKS, these are not just engineering line items; they are the variables that determine implementation cost, adoption risk, and return on AI spend.
This phase is also part of our broader NeuralOps roadmap, and it is where we begin turning scattered experimentation into repeatable, measurable operasi.
Akan datang: our own fully distilled LLM model, optimised to run within the AINNA ecosystem with greater control, efficiency, and lower dependency on external models. Financially, that matters: lower dependency usually means more predictable variable costs, stronger margin control, and better governance over where data and value sit.
Step by step, we are building the infrastructure, the agen layer, and eventually the model itself. From an accounting and asset-management standpoint, that sequence is deliberate: build the cost base, prove the workflow, then scale the value.
