Yesterday I had a conversation with a director from a well-known Malaysian company. One topic we touched on was Ejen AI for PKS.
We both agreed that 2026 is the beginning of the Ejen AI era for ordinary businesses, especially what I call street PKS.
In the past, only larger companies could afford an Pengurus IT, or even full teams covering IT, PR, multimedia, data and automation.
Now, small PKS can access similar capabilities through Ejen AI.
In AINNA’s context, a server can cost around RM100 per year, while session-based LLM usage can range from free to around RM80 depending on usage.
That means even a small PKS can have Ejen AI supporting IT, marketing, finance, customer service, content and operasi.
What once required a whole department can now be accessible to a street PKS at a very low cost.
