Earlier in my career as an IT Manager, I dedicated substantial time to server provisioning, system monitoring, log analysis, error resolution, service restarts, and deployment management. While these activities were essential, many were repetitive and highly time-consuming.

This experience shaped my view of AI agents as more than coding assistants. With AINNA Agent AI, aspects of server management can be supported through continuous monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and automation.

For example, an administrator could simply provide the instruction: “Check why this website is slow.” The agent could assess CPU and memory utilisation, disk performance, database activity, web server status, and application logs before recommending or executing authorised remediation steps.

The objective is not to replace IT managers, but to reduce operational firefighting and enable teams to focus on architecture, security, optimisation, and business growth.

AINNA Agent AI - moving beyond conversations about servers to helping manage them.
