Admission and visitor information
Everything you need to know about admission, visiting hours, deposits and payment at KPMC Kajang.
Admission documents
- Identity card / MyKid / Passport
- Medical card and Letter of Guarantee from your health insurance company (where applicable)
- Doctor’s referral note
- Past or present medical records, X-ray films, or prior test results if requested
- A copy of the advance admission order from the doctor
Deposit, payment and guarantee letters
A deposit is required upon admission. The amount depends on the nature of treatment. Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted. A Letter of Guarantee is accepted only if the company has a current account with the hospital.
Visiting hours
11.00 am – 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm – 8.00 pm
To protect patients and support their recovery, we ask that only one guardian stays with a patient and no more than two visitors be present at any one time. Children below 12 years are not encouraged to visit. Please confirm current visiting and infection-control requirements with KPMC before arrival.
Discharge guidance
Before you leave the hospital, your care team will review your treatment, arrange any follow-up appointments and prescriptions, and explain the care you need at home. Settlement of any remaining charges and collection of discharge summaries or medical reports are completed at the counter before you leave. If you have questions about your discharge or post-treatment care, please ask our staff.
