Define the audience contract
Every publication should explain who it serves and what it contributes. Technical readers may need design detail; business owners may need a workflow; executives may need a decision framework. Those differences are substantive when the content honours them.
Review incremental value
A different logo or rewritten headline does not establish a distinct publication. Review whether the article adds a useful example, analysis or method. If it does not, use one authoritative article and contextual links instead of manufacturing variations.
Keep ownership visible
Shared services should not hide editorial accountability. Identify the publication, review policy and correction process. Content discovery links are most credible when the relationship and the reason for the recommendation are clear.
